Warren Redlich is an outstanding criminal defense attorney.
In 2012 he won an appeal on the "Judicial Diversion" statute for felony
drug cases in
People
v. DeYoung.
This case is critical for felony drug cases.
A misdemeanor is a crime where the maximum sentence is less than one year in a local jail. The process is less formal and cases are resolved more quickly. We will get you the best deal possible, or fight the charges if you prefer.
Our minimum fee is at least $1000 up front for minor cases. Most cases start at $1500. If you want to fight the charges, costs can exceed $5000, and we will usually charge at least $2500 up front.
A felony is a serious crime where the sentence can be more than one year in state prison. Convicted felons face many other consequences. The defendant will have to appear in court several times. We will get you the best deal possible, or fight the charges.
Our minimum fee is at least $5000 up front. Most cases are resolved
within the initial fee. If you want to fight the charges, costs will
likely
exceed $10,000 and may exceed $20,000. For more serious felonies, the
up-front initial fee may be as high as $10,000.
We represent defendants in federal criminal cases. Most of our work in federal court has involved immigration crimes and drug felonies, but we handle other types of cases as well.
