We handle speeding tickets across upstate New York
We handle most speeding and traffic tickets for a flat fee of
$500.
For more complex problems our fees are higher. Certain factors may
increase
our fee, such as short notice, or complicating factors like suspensions.
We charge $1000 or more for more serious offenses such as AUO
(Aggravated Unlicensed Operation) and Reckless
Driving. If you want to fight your ticket at trial, we charge $1000
up front (more for distant counties). This is rarely recommended.
In cases where you reject the deal we obtain for you, there will be an
additional fee, usually $1000 or more, for us to conduct a trial, more
for distant counties. This is extremely rare - less than 1% of our
cases.
However, there are no
guarantees.
